Returns
At Look Famous, we take pride in our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Therefore, we do not accept returns on any orders. Each and every item is specially packed for our customers as orders come to us. This approach minimizes wastage and aligns with our sustainable ethos.
Refunds
Similarly, we do not offer refunds on any purchases made through our platform. Our packing process is tailored to reduce environmental impact by packing orders as they are received. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Refunds are only applicable within the same day of the order.
After the cancellation window has passed, no refunds will be provided.
Delivery & Shipping
For all orders, please allow up to 1-2 week for delivery, considering the uniqueness and customized nature of our products.
LOOK FAMOUS offers free shipping on all orders.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order on our website or through the courier’s tracking system.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive for timely deliveries, factors such as customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order or request a refund on the same day of purchase without any charges.
After the initial day of purchase, a cancellation fee of Rs.200 will be applicable for any order cancellations.
Product Unavailability
In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we will promptly notify you. You may choose an alternative product or request a refund.
